Why we use this data

We use the data to provide accounts and tests, save and restore progress, calculate results, show eligible leaderboards, respond to messages, manage access, prevent misuse, understand service performance and improve Scorra. We do not use test answers, descriptive responses, passwords or private form text as analytics event content.

Analytics

Scorra may use privacy-conscious product analytics to measure visits, page use, approximate region, referral source and service performance. Session recording is disabled unless this notice and the product are updated before it is enabled. Analytics is used to operate and improve the service, not to sell personal data.

Storage and service providers

Data may be processed by service providers used for hosting, authentication, database, file storage, security and analytics. They receive only the data needed to provide their service and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations. Data may be processed outside your State and, where permitted, outside India through these providers.

Public information

Your display name, profile photograph, public feedback, feed comments and eligible leaderboard entry may be visible to other users. Your email address, mobile number, date of birth and private test responses are not shown publicly.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably required for service operation, security, dispute handling and legal compliance. Replaced or removed profile and administrative media is deleted from active storage where technically possible. You may request account deletion through Contact us. Some limited records may be retained where required for security or law.

Your choices

You may use publicly available parts of Scorra without an account. Account holders can update optional profile details, remove a profile photograph, change their password and request correction or deletion through Contact us. You may stop using the service at any time.

Children

Scorra is intended for examination aspirants. If you are under the age at which you may independently provide consent under applicable law, use the service only with your parent or lawful guardian's involvement.

Security

We use access controls, row-level database policies, restricted administrative roles and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please use a strong password and do not share sign-in or test-session details.

Contact and complaints

For a privacy request, correction, deletion or complaint, use Contact us from your registered account. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. You may also use remedies available under applicable Indian law.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be updated when a material change is published.
