Terms of use

Effective from: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you visit or use Scorra. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy notice.

Independent practice service

Scorra is an independent preparation platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official portal of any Government department, examination authority, bank, regulator or recruiting body. Always verify notifications, eligibility, dates, syllabus and rules on the responsible authority's official website.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. One person should not misuse multiple accounts, impersonate another person or interfere with another candidate's activity. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Tests, results and rankings

Practice questions, explanations, scores, analysis, estimated performance and leaderboards are study aids. They do not guarantee selection, rank or similarity to a future official paper. The first eligible submitted attempt may be used for a leaderboard. Descriptive marks may remain pending until manual evaluation.

Fair use

You must not scrape, copy in bulk, redistribute, resell, automate extraction from, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt to bypass access controls on Scorra. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or malicious material. We may remove content and restrict or disable accounts where reasonably required for safety, integrity or suspected misuse.

Community content

Comments, feedback and other user submissions remain the responsibility of the person who posts them. You grant Scorra permission to store, display and moderate that content for operating the service. Do not post private, unlawful or harmful information. Report a concern through Contact us.

Availability and saved progress

Scorra is designed to preserve test progress during common network interruptions, but uninterrupted access or recovery in every circumstance cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, provider limits, security events or failures outside our control may temporarily affect the service. Follow the submission confirmation shown by the test interface.

Donations and notes listings

Donations are voluntary support for operating Scorra. A donation does not purchase marks, rank, selection, preferential treatment or paid-test access unless a separate offer clearly says otherwise. UPI payment is completed in your payment application; verify the payee and amount before approving it. Notes listings may direct you to WhatsApp or another contact method. Scope, price, delivery and any refund arrangement for such a direct transaction must be confirmed before payment.

Paid access introduced later

If Scorra introduces subscriptions, passes, coupons, referrals or a payment gateway, the applicable price, duration, access, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before purchase. These launch terms do not by themselves create a paid entitlement.

Intellectual property

The Scorra brand, software, original interface and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or reference. Content sourced from official material should retain its source information where provided.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend or delete an account for fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct or serious breach of these terms. A disabled account can use only the restricted Contact us facility until access is restored or the matter is closed.

Liability

Scorra is provided on an as-available basis for preparation support. To the extent permitted by law, Scorra is not liable for an examination decision, missed official notice, preparation outcome, third-party service failure or indirect loss arising from reliance on practice content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please raise the matter through Contact us so that it can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

Changes

We may update these terms when features, commercial arrangements or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
